I have six years of versatile experience in higher education and performing arts sectors. Recognized for producing imaginative EDI events and initiatives, managing complex administrative projects, and advancing inclusive policies with an analytical and empathetic approach.

I am skilled in leveraging educational and research technology (Blackboard, Moodle, SITS, NVivo) to streamline data management, support program development, and improve decision-making.

I am actively engaged in designing bespoke educational events and advising on strategic EDI policy improvements for small and medium enterprises that support meaningful and transformative experiences for staff, students, and the general public.
